Limited Liability Company "Teploobmen" was founded in Sevastopol in January 1993 by leading employees of a specialized design bureau who, before the collapse of the Soviet Union, were engaged in the design of heat exchangers for the needs of the fleet.

Thanks to the experience accumulated over many years in the field of designing heat exchangers and the presence of new ideas, we were able to create and launch serial production of heat exchangers, which today have no analogues in terms of their consumer properties and weight and size characteristics.
